Penelope's Math Cats is a free game. Out of the box it has 50% of 16 challenges unlocked. I made it so the most basic times tables are available. Upgrading to a subscription plan unlocks all 16 challenges.

If you want a fully unlocked game you can purchase Penelope Teaches Times Tables. This is the same app but it does not require a subscription. You pay a one-time fee up front and have the app forever.

Here is the truth: If your kid is keen they can learn their times tables in 4 to 8 weeks. So, I recommend you stick to the subscription model and cancel before the 2nd month is up. I am not in this to make money, I am in this to reach as many kids as possible.
